 PREORDER POLICY FOR 2012

This year we will be sorting preorder items by the Month that they are going to be released. We are doing this in an effort to make your shopping easier. Please do not order preorders from multiple months unless you are prepared to wait until the last item from your order becomes available before it ships. There can be no exceptions to this.

We do not offer multiple shipments for one order. The shipping price you pay is calculated based on the order being shipped in one package.

So, please order items in separate orders that are coming out at different times.

Lastly, be advised your credit card will be charged at the time of your order. The reason for this is we do not manually charge your card. It is handled thru a secure checkout at the time of your order through PayPal (you DO NOT need a PayPal account to order). The reason behind this is for your safety. Your credit card number will never be in anyone else's hands including ours.

Why order now and not in a month? This will secure your place in queue and will give you first dibs as soon as product is shipped to our store. Many times, the manufacturer under estimates the demand on the hot products so if you are not "in line" with your order already you may have to wait months for a new parcel to come from overseas leaving your projects waiting.
